Very painful run!  I think I may have shin splints on my left leg.  laying off for two days to try to get to feeling better.

This was a major workout!  Only nine miles but very good quality.  On the treadmill with pretty significant hill climbing.  Some pain on left leg, but got better later in the run.

Very good quality run, esp on the second (faster) half.  Will try for more speed and less distance for a little while to try to improve.

This was the first time to time my run.  It was 10 miles in 94 minutes.  So got a long wat to go to BQ marathon pace.

Felt a little sore, but good.  Feel like I am gaining some muscle.  I have to strech out more before runs and sometimes need to streatch in the middle too.  Had some interruptions (one phone call) so time was not great.  Need to work on being consistent-- still I ran faster than typical when I was running and that felt good.
